Magnex is a formula built around high-quality magnesium and B-group vitamins, designed to support health, improve general wellbeing and lower stress. It works to restore the body's energy balance and improve nervous system function.
Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in more than 300 biochemical processes. It is present in every tissue in the body, is required for normal cell function, and takes part in most metabolic reactions — notably in regulating nerve impulse transmission and muscle contraction.
Magnesium deficiency can arise from disrupted eating patterns or dieting, from increased demand, or from an imbalance between intake, metabolism and excretion — for example under heavy physical and mental load, stress, during pregnancy, or while taking diuretics.

- Magnesium (citrate)
- The citrate form is highly bioavailable. Magnesium is involved in nerve impulse transmission and muscle contraction.
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
- Supports normal nervous system function and metabolism. Enables the fat, carbohydrate and amino acid metabolism needed for muscle function — including cardiac muscle — and normal gastric acid production.
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
- Supports neurotransmitter synthesis and improves metabolism. Required for central and peripheral nervous system function. Improves magnesium absorption and its uptake into cells.
- Vitamin B9 (folic acid)
- Required for the formation of DNA and of several amino acids that make up proteins. Supports correct nervous system development and cardiovascular health.
- Synbiotic complex
- More than 10 billion bifido- and lactobacteria with prebiotics support maximum absorption of magnesium and vitamins B1, B6 and B9, rapid restoration of gut microflora, and stronger immunity.

Stir the contents of one stick into 30–40 ml of warm liquid (water, milk, juice, baby food) no hotter than 37 °C and drink in one go.
