Privacy policy
In effect from 20 August 2026
A draft for review. A lawyer should check this before publication: the clauses on the controller, retention periods and lawful basis depend on how the company actually handles data.
What this document covers
This policy sets out what personal data the wellbyline.uz website collects, why it is needed, who it is shared with and how long it is kept. It applies only to data you submit yourself through the forms on this site.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Wellby line LLC, at Fargʻona yoʻli 5, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. You can reach us by email at info@wellbyline.uz or through the enquiry form on the site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form yourself: name, phone number, optionally email and city, the product you selected, and the text of your message. The site does not collect data about you automatically and does not use it for profiling.
Why we need it
To answer your enquiry and, where it is a complaint, to investigate what happened. The data is not used for anything else.
On what basis
We process data only with your consent. You give that consent by ticking the corresponding checkbox before submitting the form; without it the form does not send. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
Who it goes to
Enquiries arrive in a private working chat belonging to our support team on Telegram. We do not pass on or sell data to third parties and we do not use it for marketing.
How long it is kept
For as long as it takes to resolve the matter, and no longer than one year from the date of the enquiry.
How we protect the data
Data is transmitted over a secure HTTPS connection. Only support staff have access to enquiries. We keep no database of enquiries on the site and collect no payment details.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the technical cookie required to remember your chosen language. No advertising or tracking cookies are set. If web analytics is added in future, this section will be updated before it goes live.
Children's data
The site is not intended for independent use by children and does not knowingly collect their data. If you mention a child in the text of an enquiry, include only what is needed to answer your question.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion. Write to us using the contact details below and we will action the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this document. The current version is always available on this page and the effective date is shown at the top. Material changes will be called out separately.
